How it works

We measure it, work it out, and tell you what to do.

From £3,000 for the full assessment — similar to a year's heating bill, and it only happens once.

  1. I

    We visit the house

    One day on site

A single visit records the building, plant, levels, roof slopes, gutters, planting and where water could get in. Everything is captured on a tablet as we go, so nothing gets reconstructed from memory afterwards.

  2. II

    We do the maths

    Ten working days

Solar and battery sizing, rainwater against real demand, flood scoring, U-values and overheating, wildfire distances. Proper calculations against UK standards, not rules of thumb.

  3. III

    You get a clear report

    Talked through in person

An overall resilience score, the five things worth doing first, what each is likely to cost, and the technical detail behind it for your surveyor, insurer or lender.

  4. IV

    We help get it done

    Optional

If you'd like, we specify the work, get it quoted, keep an eye on the contractors and re-check the house afterwards so you can prove the improvement.
